Do my customers need to install an app?

No. They scan your QR code or open your link (taptayo.com/m/your-shop) in any phone browser.

Can I use it on my phone only?

Yes. The owner dashboard, counter, kitchen and staff screens all work on a phone. A tablet is nice for the counter, but not required.

How do customers pay?

Cash at the counter, cash on delivery, or GCash / bank transfer. You can require a reference number, and staff verify it before the order goes through.

What happens after the free trial?
